Exquisite Solution Limited is a leading HR Recruitment and Management Company seeking a Marketing Officer for our client, who specializes in innovative software solutions for schools and restaurants, providing a range of services including Financial Consultancy, Auditing, Business Projections, and Cleaning. This role will focus on promoting our client’s flagship product, “ Sharp Menus ” a streamlined, all-in-one menu management solution designed to boost efficiency for restaurant owners. We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Marketing Specialist to champion this cutting-edge online menu, ordering, and reservation system, driving its adoption across restaurants and other businesses. Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies to promote Sharp Menus to restaurants and relevant businesses.
- Deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations that highlight the benefits and unique features of the system.
- Set up, customise, and manage client pages to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Track and analyse marketing campaign performance to maximise impact and report on key metrics.
- Partner with the sales team to identify high-potential clients and strategically pursue business opportunities.
- Provide continuous support and training to clients, ensuring effective and sustained system use.
- Design and execute digital marketing campaigns to broaden Sharp Menus’ reach and brand presence.
- Create and distribute marketing collateral, including graphics, videos, and social media content.
- Engage in customer feedback loops to improve and innovate marketing strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities within the food and beverage sector.
- Organise and represent Sharp Menus at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation tools and digital platforms.
- Two years of hands-on marketing experience in the food and beverage or technology sectors, with knowledge of restaurant industry operations and challenges.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage and inform audiences effectively.
- Strong time management and organisational skills, with keen eyes for detail.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to address client needs.
- Graphic design skills for creating impactful marketing materials.
- Analytical skills to drive data-informed marketing decisions.
- Ideally, a fresh graduate eager to make a mark in marketing.
