Job Summary:

The Human Resources Coordinator will play a crucial role in managing and supporting our team. This position involves recruiting, onboarding, training, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations, all while fostering a positive work environment.


Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Staffing:

  • Develop and post job descriptions for open positions.
  • Source and screen candidates through various channels.
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews.


Onboarding and Training:

  • Manage the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Organize training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills.
  • Maintain training records and ensure compliance with industry standards.


Employee Relations:

  • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture through engagement initiatives.
  • Assist in conflict resolution and performance management.


Compliance and Policy Management:

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Update and maintain employee handbooks and policies.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to HR policies.


Administrative Support:

  • Maintain employee records and HR databases.
  • Assist with payroll and benefits administration.
  • Prepare reports on HR metrics and employee performance.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Previous experience in HR or administrative roles, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
