Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Executive with a diploma in business or a related field. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving business growth by developing new client relationships, managing existing accounts, and delivering sales and marketing strategies to meet company objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities by conducting market research, networking, and engaging with potential clients.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales plans that align with company goals and revenue targets.
  • Product Knowledge: Understand and effectively communicate the company's products and services to clients, offering tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms, close deals, and handle contracts with clients to ensure successful transactions.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on sales activities, client feedback, and market trends to senior management.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, operations, and finance teams to ensure smooth execution of business development initiatives.
  • Customer Support: Assist clients with inquiries and provide support to resolve any issues that may arise during or after the sales process.


Qualifications:

  • Education: Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role is preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Sales Acumen: Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
  • Customer-focused: A strong commitment to customer service and satisfaction.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with CRM software.
