- Engage directly with followers, responding to comments, questions, and messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay updated on current social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to ensure the brands remain competitive in the digital space.
- Prepare and present detailed social media management reports and insights to clients, identifying areas for improvement and proposing new strategies to drive results.
- Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to ensure social media content aligns with broader advertising campaigns and brand goals.
- Monitor competitors’ social media activities and industry trends to keep brands ahead in their respective markets.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience managing social media accounts for businesses.
- Experience working in an advertising agency is a strong advantage.
- Strong understanding of social media trends, analytics, and tools.
