As the Business Development/Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and executing sales initiatives to drive revenue growth.
This role requires a dynamic and proactive leader who can engage clients, secure partnerships, and contribute to the overall success of GIX Investments Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to grow revenue and market share.
  • Identify new opportunities, industries, and partnerships that align with our business goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop campaigns that drive client acquisition.
  • Lead sales efforts, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals.
  • Set and track sales targets, providing regular updates on progress.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new areas for business growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product development) to ensure alignment and optimize results.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Business Development or Sales Manager in a relevant industry (software development, digital marketing, or related fields).
  • Strong understanding of business development processes and strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to build lasting business relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team or in-house team.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, software solutions, or financial markets trading is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
