Key Responsibilities:


1. Manage and schedule posts across Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

2. Develop and implement content calendars aligned with client goals.

3. Engage with audiences, respond to comments, and build online communities.

4. Collaborate with designers to create visually appealing content.

5. Act as primary client contact for social media-related inquiries.

6. Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.

7. Develop and present social media strategies to clients.

8. Research to stay up to date with industry trends and best practices.

9. Create presentations (PPT) to report progress and propose new strategies.


Requirements:


1. Experience in social media management on a personal or professional level.

2. Excellent writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.

3. Proactive, quick, and flexible with ability to work under pressure.

4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

5. Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social).

6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

7. Willingness to learn and adapt to Kiva Digital's work style.

8. Commitment to work for at least 1 year.


Nice to Have:


1. Experience with social media advertising.

2. Knowledge of graphic design principles.

3. Familiarity with SEO best practices.

4. Certification in social media marketing.
