Job Description:Social Media Strategy Development:Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies tailored to the goals of Pic-Ed's EdTech platforms. Identify key target audiences and create plans to engage them across multiple social media channels. Content Creation & Curation:Collaborate with the content team to design and curate engaging posts, including graphics, videos, articles, and interactive polls, aligned with educational goals. Ensure all content aligns with our brand voice and messaging. Build, engage, and manage online communities across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Campaigns and Promotions:Create and manage social media marketing campaigns to promote new courses, workshops, webinars, and educational tools. Monitor and report the performance of campaigns, adjusting strategies to optimize results. Analytics and Reporting:Track and analyze social media metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Prepare monthly reports on social media performance, audience growth, engagement rates, and campaign success. Brand Collaboration:Identify and engage with influencers, educators, and key opinion leaders within the EdTech industry to promote the brand. Develop collaborative partnerships with educational institutions and other relevant organizations to amplify social media presence. Platform Innovation:Stay up-to-date with social media trends, algorithms, and tools, proposing new ideas and features to increase brand reach and engagement. Experiment with emerging platforms and trends to diversify content delivery. Minimum of 2 years of experience managing social media accounts, preferably for EdTech or educational platforms. Proven track record of growing online presence and driving engagement through creative and strategic social media management. Experience in managing paid social media campaigns is a plus. Strong understanding of major social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar design software. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to various audience tones. Strong analytical skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights. Knowledge of social media marketing trends and best practices. Creative, detail-oriented, and proactive. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Passion for education and using social media to promote learning and empowerment.
