Overview:

The Promotion and Marketing Personnel at Nabisere Hotel is responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote the hotel's services, increase occupancy, and enhance brand visibility. This role involves a combination of digital and physical marketing efforts to attract and retain customers.


Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing:

  • Develop and improve digital content, including images and videos, for various platforms.
  • Maintain and update the hotel's website to ensure it is current and engaging.
  • Manage and coordinate the hotel’s presence on social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, WhatsApp).
  • Respond to client feedback on digital platforms and coordinate appropriate responses.
  • Promote the hotel on relevant affiliate partner websites and online directories.


Content Creation:

  • Create engaging promotional materials, including newsletters, brochures, and flyers.
  • Develop and implement email marketing campaigns to engage past and potential guests.
  • Write and distribute press releases to local and national media outlets.


Physical Marketing:

  • Coordinate with travel agents to generate business for the hotel.
  • Identify potential business from government, non-state, and private sector projects and individuals.
  • Propose and implement cost-effective marketing strategies for events held at the hotel.


Event Promotion:

  • Market and promote events hosted by the hotel, including conferences, parties, and special events.
  • Develop promotional packages for events to attract participants and attendees.


Market Research:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
  • Use insights from market research to improve marketing strategies and campaigns.


Brand Management:

  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.
  • Enhance the hotel’s brand visibility through targeted marketing efforts.


Reporting and Analysis:

  • Track and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns.
  • Provide regular reports on marketing activities, results, and recommendations for improvement.


Collaborative Efforts:

  • Work closely with the sales and operations teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with external partners and vendors for marketing and promotional activities.


Customer Engagement:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with guests to encourage repeat business.
  • Implement loyalty programs and initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and retention.


Product Development:

  • Propose and develop new products and services to increase sales and profitability.
  • Package and market hotel offerings in a way that maximizes revenue.


Other Duties:

  • Execute any other task that is likely to increase the sales and productivity of the hotel as assigned by the management.
