I paid for GOtv value but i am getting less channels. Some ugandan channels are not there yet we already paid full month.

I have gotv plus but i only have 25 channels and yet before i had 57 channels even after rescan it is the same can you fix my decoder i want the channels back

I Wonder why you just don't remove your customer care number off the website
I've tried calling since 1st coz my money was deduct and I wasn't connected but nobody receives and yet my airtime is chopped

Why do you take too long to bring back the channels yet I paid for them.am tired of this service provides.you must change you guy but am really. Tired of you.

Mine it is not an inquiry rather a complaint. Am so so disappointed with your decoder. Its power adapter stopped working just out of the blue.. called your customer care and the solution she gave me was to buy a new one which i did. Now also the second one a week has not passed and its not working.. so am wondering what kind of service are you offering and what the hell is going on with your products. Please kindly advise.

Why is it that each time I subscribe for a monthly package u delay to update my channels ..it's now a full hour loaded on ******** nd still no channels displayed moreover I have missed news...u make everything right or else u refund me nd I throw away your decorder

Why is that everytime I pay subscription I have to call costomer care to reconnect me? Now costomer care is down yet we pay for those calls, I paid yesterday my decoder no ******** Sentamu using Airtel money by ******** up to now am off air. You either reconnect me or refund my money I buy food.
Secondly either it's Airtel money or Gotv I don't know but when we are paying you insist I should pay money ********/ not less why do you chose for me gomax or everyone having Gotv should be on max then remove goplus and go lite

I'm requesting for your assistance coz for the last two days I have been trying to subscribe my TV but I have failed and I don't understand why u can't go through.Please advice me

Gotv I paid on 11th Saturday 2020. Till now you have not connected me? Help line very pathetic, 20mins no one is picking,yet am charged for nothing/no service. Please call me now 0782 ********

Made payment but I am not back on air. When you contact customer care, you get automated messages which eventually are not helpful! This is poor service
