What stupid things
What's going on? Why don't you air nurses any more? What stupid things are you airing us? I expect something that's why I pay and you air the old soaps yet I have been watching nurses and there is no explanation

Network problem
Gotv network is terrible nowdays so poor, this side of nansana wakiso.
You need to work on this problem please, at first it was fine but lately it's just worsening everyday that goes by

Decorder upgrade
I just can't understand why this is happening repeatedly....decorder upgrade running old software but it shows upgrade will take less than 10mins which is not the case

Non connection
I paid on Thursday 18th for ******** but up to now I have not been connected. This has affected me with my family since we have been down the whole weekend

COMPLAIN
my subscription was to expire on 16/3/21 just out of the blue I get an error no signal....I decided to pay my subscription but upto now I can access any channels IUC ********. I sent a DM on tweeter and I still haven't gotten any feedback......

Complaint
Please improve your services because I can't keep on paying subscription and yet be delayed in getting channels. It is quite unfair. It's over 24hrs now and I only have 3 channels.

No sound
Hello, my decoder number ********, has no sound on most channels. Please help rectify. This is an old decoder when the one I have been using went over due, my children swapped and did not tell, when I came to pay, I paid for the one in power, but it has better picture than the other ********

Poor service delivery
For a long time now, I pay a monthly subscription & spend a day without receiving channels. I had been patient with that but it's now coming to 3 days without me not being able to watch tv after paying for the whole month. I sent multiple texts to the code, but I still don't have any channels showing. You guys have very bad services. This is my last month with you.
