Review of Kenya Airways (Entebbe Office)

I had the misfortune of being stuck without a flight out of Entebbe as the airline had stopped working shortly before my scheduled departure. I therefore needed to book a flight with Kenya Airways to Nairobi. I have never been so appalled by such poor service and behaviour from airport staff. The man working for Kenya Airways in the Entebbe office was an embarrassment to the KQ name. There was total lack of respect, service mindedness and actual help. After waiting for over an hour with no productivity, I left to RwandAir and got actual service. Never again will I count on the Kenya Airways office in Entebbe.
