I paid for dstv subscription on the 2nd of March 2021 through airtel using the PP link they gave me through whats up till today I have not been reconnected I cant even trace my funds all I get is excuses after another of bulshit that its being followed
Today I get an email from pesa pal that the cant complete my transaction because I paid more than I was required
Why cant pesa pal then hand over to dstv and balance to be carried forward for the next subscription?I have really hated you Multichoice and you group of service providers
