Review Who is responsible for picking the shipment from the airport?

Today I was shocked to see your staff calling asking me for money that he wants to clear for my package which was shipped and delivered at Entebbe airport. I told him to give me the details of the package such that I can pay in URA myself but he refused, what should I do to have my package in hands?
