Review wost customer service

Jesuuus you guys have the worst customer care,i left my office today came to your place without saying a hello you went straight to how much the service shall cost, i asked for your previous works on heals you declined to show me yet you insisted that I should pay 80% of the money before you start. Actually I got an impression that your work is substandard that's why you insist on a down payment before you work. Shall never come back to your workshop style up,this is 2020 customer service should be key,put your clients first not the money.
