Question for Uganda Catholic Social Training Centre

I am a former student of UCSTC in academic year 2007 to 2010. I had obtain Certificate and diploma in accounting, Just inquiring whether your office is operating. Reason being, I would like to get my Diploma certificate. Your response will is appreciated in advance.
