Question for 91.3 Capital FM

Question for:
91.3 Capital FM

Since Capital FM is broadcasting in most parts of the country, why doesn't it play songs from Northern, because so far i mostly hear songs played from the other parts but on rare occasions songs from northern?

thanks but i love capital fm especially Morning show on week-days (Gaetano and Lucky)
