Question for Uganda Revenue Authority (URA) - Headquarters

How long does it take to have my item auctioned for failure to pay taxes? My Tv in Entebbe has been held since 14th September 2015. Now Entebbe staff are refusing to provide forms for tax payment. I need help because I dont have any help as am only a passenger through Entebbe Airport.
