Question for District Forestry officer Gulu

Dear District Forestry Officer

I am establishing a legal charcoal trading route from Gulu to Kampala. My question is......what exact license do i need to trade and transport charcoal?....how many license and how much?.....for every truck load a license..or a year?....please reply as soon as possible....thank you Ken Francis Fehling
