Question for Across Africa Clearing & Forwarding Co Ltd

I am contacting you as I work for One Acre Fund, a social enterprise serving 280,000 farmers across East Africa.

I am looking to import Urea and DAP to Uganda from Kenya (country of origin: Saudi Arabia) in the next two months. I was wondering if to import the fertilizer from Kenya to Uganda I had to use the same CoC as the one used for Kenya? If yes, what if it is expired? Or would I have to apply for another one?
