Question for PostBank Uganda - Nakawa Branch

I'm a fresh student at kyambogo University and I have an admission letter, I'd of my previous school, and a birth certificate
So I would like to know if you can help me and give a financial card at its price because I was kindly requested to process it and so I would like to process it with you.
