Question for Multichoice DSTV Uganda (Customer Care)

Pliz i would like to know why my sports channels that i have to be viewing on access package are not showing.i.e 200 supper sport Blitz, 204 supper sports 4, 209 supper sports 9 and 210 supper sports 10. on the package of access there supposed to be included. need help ******** my card.
