Question for CompuScan Credit Reference Bureau

I cleared my loan facilities on March 2017 and it was serviced properly being salary loan from the bank I was working in however When j checked my status on 16.04.2018 reads substandard or unsustainable. What could have been the problem yet I didn't miss any single month minus paying.
Please help
