Question for Rubaga General assembly of Freemasons

Hello! I'm Ben and i am not a freemason. I want to know if it's possible for me to participate to one of your assembly as long as I'm not a freemason. I could really wish to get an answer because someone told me that there they are teaching peoble how to be stable and focus in their life and for now it's what i want to learn. Thank you!!!
