Question for The Uganda Insurance Commission

Good afternoon Sir/Madam,

We are a logistic company based in Dar es Salaam, TZ. We bought a Third Party Motor Vehicle insurance from a Ugandan Insurance Company at Mutukula. Surprisingly we were issued a cash sale receipt and a cover sticker only without a Cover Note certificate. The insurance company told us that they do not issue cover note certificates on Third Party Covers which was very strange! Is this correct that in Uganda Third Party insurance covers do not issue cover notes? And if we want to write and email to complain can we have an email address to write to? Many thanks in advance
