Question for CompuScan Credit Reference Bureau

I had a loan facility that i have since cleared, my statement status in the financial card at some point was captured as "written off", and this has remained even after clearing the loan facility and a formal request for change of this status by the bank that I had the loan facility with. What should I do for this status to be changed to reflect the true status.
