Question for Uganda Human Rights Commission (Head Office)

My name Barbara I have sister dieing in hospital.she went foe a minor surgery and doctors damaged her intestines.

The hospital is now throwing us out.Is human rights able to assist.Also her fallopian tubes are missing.

Please I'd possible assist because financially and medically we are not OK.
