Question for 91.3 Capital FM

I composed a Uganda national prayer last year after seeing it as a requirement. So I want it to be broadcasted since I have given copies to different bodies and state leaders. Therefore, I would like also to give you copy as a media house to broadcast, should I hand delivere it or I can go by soft copy? Dickson Ayebale makerere university
