Question for Insurance Company of East Africa (ICEA)

I recently applied for a life insurance policy, filled a document for my payments through my bank and was promised to get my policy after the first payment though its now two months and I have not been contacted.
My payments however are going on since I had ordered my bank to do so. Besides the amount taken off is more than my policy amount.
How can I have the policy cancelled?
