Question for Insurance Company of East Africa (ICEA)

Dear ICEA,
I am a new policy holder.
Due to personal reasons, I have decided to cancel the policies with immediate effect. I shall apply for another policy if need be in the near future.

Please advise how to finalize the cancellation process.
