Question for Faculty of Management Makerere University Business School

I'm Sospeter Sebastian a 3rd year student at the University of Dar es salaam(UDSM),i applied for masters of Curriculum studies,at Makerere University since 30 of March,but up this moment i have not yet received any confirmation feedback,what shall i do to know if you received my application forms?.
