Question for Diamond Trust Bank Uganda (DTB Uganda) Head Office

My account was debited yesterday at your Parliament avenue ATM yet the machine did not dispense cash,I was promised a reversal would be done after an hour,that was about one o'clock.Upto now nothing has been done,what do I do?
