Question for Federal Express (FedEX)

Helo;
Am a Ugandan wanting to deliver my passport to Canadian High Commission in Kenya as part of my Visa Application to Canada due next month. My flight is June 16, 2015 implying i need it delivered as soon as possible and retrieved back to me after decisions are made by the Embassy.
