Question for General Automobile Works

I have a 2003 Subaru Forester which has over the last one month developed issues of Loosing speed, Too much fuel consumption, central locking refusing to work and above all, the 'Check-engine' light is on. Can you send a specialist to examine and evidently work on it away from your garage?
I am afraid the car cannot reach Kampala from up country.
Please let me know soonest.
