Question for Diamond Trust Bank Uganda (DTB Uganda) Head Office

Why cant i get my Dollar account number i opened at your branch two weeks ago?
please, it would have been clear to me at the time i was in the bank opening this account, that i ould not get it, but after giving you all my details for account, now up to now no account was oppened.
