Question for Bright Valley Primary School

Why does the school take so long to distribute school uniforms to the pupils? I paid for the school uniform for my child on the 29th of February but up to today my child has not been given the uniforms. What should I do now? I have a very tight work schedule so much so that I am unable to come to the school to pick the uniforms. Why can't the school give the uniform to the pupil?
