Question for Western College Mbarara


Hello I sat for S4 at western college mbarara in 2019, didn't continue for further studies but then I lost my passlip,yet I now want to continue for A level this term so what do I do?like is there any certificate at school and can I use it for registration at S6 or necessarily I need to get another passlip and how?
