Question for Legal Aid Project

I'm a resident of Mugongo Village Kyengera, Is it permitted to build a church (Born Again-Kibaati) just in amidst residential premises? Then making loud Noise as you wish? this church is only 3 meters from my house, advice/help / guide on the next move
