Question for Diamond Trust Bank Uganda (DTB Uganda) Head Office

I had opened up a saving account with you at nakivubo branch, but sad enough,after few days I travelled for a business trip,is my account still working or its no longer active? I would like to save my money online with my account.
Please help.
