Question for Our Lady off Fatima Parish

I was baptised At Our Lady of Fatima, Jinja, Uganda in 1968. Is there any way that I can get a confirmation of it? My name has been changed and I live in Canada now but I need these records faxed to my current Catholic Parish here.
