Question for Startimes Kampala, Uganda, Helpline, Customer Care Number

I have taken a full month calling and asking someone to come and re install my decoder but all in vain now this time I tried it on my own but it’s not working. Still calling but these guys are not responding feel like taking but your dish and try something else. Can someone help me ???????
