Question for GOtv Uganda, Contacts,GoTv Uganda Customer Care


Good evening I’m a new customer.I Paid ugx ******** on Tuesday but accidentally selected gotv max.. the subscription only worked that evening and the next morning, all channels went off apart from UBC.. so my account was disconnected
I decided to top up ugx 3000 so that I’m able to use gotv plus at least.. so I requested for a change in package using the gotv app. I was told that I can only change after 5days!! How can you help me to get connected again
