Question for IAA Health Care

I am Asiku from Arua.
My wife went to hospital on Tuesday 9/6/2020 and found Pregnant ( Pregnancy Test -Positive).
How do I inform IAA about this because by the time I registered, she was not pregnant? She was given the IAA card.
