Job Purpose:

The Architect will be responsible for designing and planning buildings and other structures. This role involves collaborating with clients and stakeholders to create functional, safe, and sustainable environments that meet aesthetic and practical needs.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and present architectural designs, concepts, and plans.
  • Conduct site analysis and feasibility studies to assess project viability.
  • Prepare detailed drawings and specifications using CAD {COMPUTER AIDED DESIGN} software.
  • Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and clients throughout the design and construction process.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations.
  • Review and approve construction plans and changes.
  • Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring timely completion and cost control.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in architectural practices.


Candidate Specifications:

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
  • Master’s degree in Architecture is a plus.
  • Licensed Architect (RA) preferred.


Work Experience:

  • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in architectural design or related fields.
  • Experience with project management and client relations is advantageous.


Critical Skills Required:

  • Strong creativity and design skills.
  • Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
