Are you passionate about driving business growth and building strong relationships? We are looking for a dynamic Sales and Marketing Agent to join our team and contribute to our business development efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development (Prospecting and Lead Generation): Identify and connect with potential clients through active prospecting and lead generation activities.
- Sales Pitch and Demonstrations: Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Negotiation and Closing: Engage in effective negotiations to close deals and meet sales targets.
- Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture client relationships for repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Market Intelligence and Feedback: Gather and provide valuable market insights to improve our products and services.
- Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional services to clients.
- Performance Objectives: Your daily activities will be evaluated based on the following key performance indicators (KPIs)
1. Lead Generation:
- Engage in at least 5 meaningful customer conversations per hour.
- Generate a minimum of 30 new leads per day.
2. Lead Conversion:
- Convert at least 10 out of 30 daily leads, achieving a minimum of 3 successful conversions.
3. Daily Reporting:
- Review daily performance with the Branch Manager, focusing on identifying opportunities and areas for improvement.
4. Lead Follow-Up and Handover:
- Hand over your lead sheet to the Branch Manager at the end of each day and collaborate with the team on follow-up activities for the next day.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales and marketing.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet daily targets.
- Results-oriented with a focus on business growth and customer satisfaction.
