Position Overview:

The Senior HR Manager is a strategic leader responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance

management, compensation and benefits, and organizational development. This role is pivotal in driving the company’s people strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The Senior HR Manager will collaborate with senior leadership to implement HR initiatives that enhance employee engagement, productivity, and retention.



Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic HR Leadership:

  • Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the organization’s goals and objectives.
  • Provide strategic advice to senior management on HR-related issues, including workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development.
  • Lead the HR department in creating and maintaining a positive, inclusive, and productive work environment.



2. Talent Acquisition and Management:

  • Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring the attraction and selection of top talent.
  • Develop and implement onboarding programs that effectively integrate new employees into the organization.
  • Manage succession planning and career development programs to ensure a strong talent pipeline.


3. Employee Relations and Engagement:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to management and employees on HR policies, procedures, and conflict resolution.
  • Foster a culture of open communication, inclusivity, and employee engagement.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance employee morale, job satisfaction, and retention.


4. Performance Management:

  • Design and implement performance management systems that drive high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers in setting performance goals, conducting evaluations, and providing feedback.
  • Address performance issues and implement corrective actions when necessary.


5. Compensation and Benefits:

  • Oversee the design and administration of competitive compensation and benefits programs.
  • Conduct market research to ensure the organization’s compensation and benefits packages are competitive and aligned with industry standards.
  • Manage the annual salary review process and bonus programs.


6. Compliance and Risk Management:

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Oversee HR audits, handle employee grievances, and manage disciplinary procedures.
  • Develop and implement risk management strategies to minimize legal exposure.


7. Organizational Development:

  • Lead initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness, including change management, culture development, and leadership training.
  • Assess and address organizational development needs, including training and development programs for employees at all levels.
  • Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) within the organization.


8. HR Analytics and Reporting:

  • Utilize HR analytics to monitor key HR metrics and make data-driven decisions.
  • Prepare and present reports to senior leadership on HR activities, trends, and outcomes.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance HR processes.


9. Team Leadership:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Ensure the HR team is aligned with the organization’s goals and equipped to support employees effectively.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is preferred.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in human resources, with at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role.
  • Proven experience in strategic HR management, talent acquisition, employee relations, and organizational development.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership and employees at all levels.
  • Proficiency in HR software and systems, including HRIS, ATS, and payroll systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision- making.



Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in recruitment, performance, and talent management.
  • Ability to effectively engage with local authorities, regulators, agencies, and industry associations.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to align employees for success in a fast-paced managed services environment.
  • Expertise in developing and governing HR, Administration, Learning & Development, and Benefits & Compensation policies.
  • Strong advocate for best practices and knowledge management, particularly in the technology/IT sector (e.g., ISO 45001).
