Job responsibilities:
Financial records: Maintain and update financial records to ensure that all transactions are accurately recorded in the system.
Accounting: Assist in processing invoices, bills and payments, and track accounts receivable and accounts payable.
Preparing financial reports: Assist in preparing financial reports and preparing financial data and statements for management review.
Audit preparation: Prepare documents and records required for audits and support internal and external audit work.
Daily financial operations: Support daily financial operations such as bank reconciliations, budget tracking, etc.
Job requirements:
Education background: High school or college degree, finance or accounting related majors are preferred.
Experience requirements: Experience as a financial assistant or similar position is preferred.
Skills requirements: Proficiency in using financial software and office software (such as Excel) and basic financial knowledge.
Personal Qualities: Detail-oriented, with good organizational and time management skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
