Job responsibilities:


Handling customer inquiries: Answer customer questions and provide information about the company's products and services through phone, email or online chat.

Solving complaints and problems: Handling customer complaints, solving service problems, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Recording and tracking: Recording customer interactions, maintaining detailed service records, and tracking the progress of problem resolution.

Providing after-sales support: Handling after-sales service requests such as order changes and refunds.

Maintaining customer relationships: Establishing and maintaining good customer relationships and improving customer loyalty and satisfaction.

Job requirements:


Educational background: High school or college degree.

Experience requirements: Experience in customer service or similar positions is preferred.

Skill requirements: Good communication skills and problem-solving skills, able to handle pressure.

Personal qualities: Patience and empathy, able to understand customer needs and provide satisfactory solutions.
