Job Responsibilities:
Training Support: Assist in organizing and arranging sales training courses, seminars and workshops, including arranging instructors, training materials and venues.
Training Materials Preparation: Produce and organize training materials such as manuals, presentations and online course content.
Training Records: Maintain training records, including attendance of participants, evaluation of training results and feedback collection.
Training Coordination: Coordinate training schedules and handle administrative matters related to training, such as booking venues, arranging transportation, etc.
Communication and Feedback: Communicate with the sales team to collect training needs and feedback to ensure that the training content matches actual needs.
Results Evaluation: Assist in evaluating training results, analyzing training data, and providing suggestions for improvement.
Job Requirements:
High school degree or above, marketing, human resources or related majors are preferred.
Have good organizational and communication skills.
Proficient in using office software (such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Candidates with certain sales or training experience are preferred.
Pay attention to details and have a strong sense of responsibility and execution.
