Objectives of the Role;
· Engage with potential customers to understandtheir needs and demonstrate how DOT Glasses' innovative solutions can enhancetheir objectives.
· Generate leads, and establish and nurture clientrelationships
· Maintain and strengthen relationships with keydistributors and stakeholders.
· Support distributors in boosting their sales andexpanding distribution networks.
· Train and onboard new distributors to ensurethey are equipped for success.
· Consistently achieve and surpass sales targets.
· Manage the entire order process, includinggenerating quotes, processing orders, and ensuring the accurate and timelydelivery of products.
· Represent and promote the DOT Glasses brand inall interactions with both internal and external stakeholders.
· Maintain and update CRM tools to ensure dataaccuracy.
· Assist the sales team in preparing salesmaterials, presentations, and proposals.

Required Skills and Qualifications;
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, ora related field.· Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in B2Bsales roles, ideally within the medical field.
· Demonstrated experience in account management.
· Experience in providing training and onboardingfor clients or partners.
· Understanding of rural communities and thechallenges they face.
· B2C sales experience, preferably in low-incomecommunities
· Experience in selling disruptive technologies orinnovative medical devices is highly desirable.
· Experience working with medium to large NGOs.
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, andorganizational skills
