Business Development Officer/Collection and Credit Officers' Responsibilities

Branch Targets

• Achieve monthly targets in the following KPIs
• Disbursement Target
• Collections Target
• New Customer Targets
• Active Customer Targets
• Adherence to SOPs  
• Customer Retention

Other Responsibilities Include

• Reviewing open accounts for collection efforts
• Collect customer payments in accordance with payment due dates
• Customer service delivery.
• Knowing my customers and due diligence.
• Information desk.
• Administration duties.

Minimum qualification: 

• Certificate/Diploma/Degree preferably in any business-related field. 
• Less than 1 year/ No experience.
